Terms & Condition

  Order Confirmation:

       All orders must be confirmed in writing through email or an official purchase order. No verbal agreements will be accepted.

  Payment Terms:

       Payments must be made within the agreed time frame as per the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as per company policy.

  Delivery Schedule:

       Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, order size, and availability of stock. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of DN Enterprises.

  Custom Orders:

       Special or custom-made chair furniture orders require advance payment. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

  Warranty:

       Repair services and supplied furniture come with a warranty period of 6 months against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

  Repair Services:

        Repair services are carried out based on the type and condition of the chair furniture. DN Enterprises reserves the right to refuse service if the item is deemed beyond repair.

 Cancellation Policy:

       Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order without any charge. Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a restocking or processing fee.

 Return and Replacement:

       Any product received in a damaged condition must be reported within 48 hours for return or replacement. No claims will be entertained after this period.

  Transportation Charges:

       Transportation costs for both supply and repair services are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

  Liability:

       DN Enterprises shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the supplied or repaired furniture.
